These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on the Elvona website.

Products

Elvona offers lifestyle and beauty-related products. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference only and may vary slightly.

Prices

• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Elvona reserves the right to change prices at any time

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Elvona reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Elvona does not store payment details.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or force majeure events.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French and EU law, customers have 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, unless the product is exempt (e.g. personalised items).

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Liability

Elvona cannot be held responsible for improper use of products or indirect damages resulting from product use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
